Booking & Payment · 預約及付款
You can book directly through our website. Once your date and package are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
可直接透過我們的網站預約。確認日期及套餐後，需繳付 50% 訂金以完成預約。
No. The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, requests made less than 14 days before the session are subject to studio availability and will incur a HK$500 rescheduling fee.
訂金一概不退。如需更改日期，於拍攝前少於 14 日提出的更改申請，須視乎檔期而定，並需繳付 HK$500 更改費用。
The balance can be paid any time before the session begins, including on the day.
尾數可於拍攝開始前任何時間繳付，包括當天。
We accept FPS, bank transfer, and cash. Please confirm with us at the time of booking.

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session time.
建議提早至少 10 分鐘到達。
Late arrivals do not receive extended session time. Arriving more than 20 minutes late without notice is considered a no-show — the session will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
遲到不會延長拍攝時間。無故遲到超過 20 分鐘將視為爽約，拍攝取消，訂金不退。
Yes. Due to limited studio space, you may bring 1–2 companions. Please let us know in advance. Note that companions are there to support you only — photography or videography of the lighting setup and studio concept is strictly prohibited.

You're welcome to arrive early and do your own makeup at our in-studio touch-up table. If you'd like to use a professional makeup artist, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

It is strongly recommended for body profile shoots. It is your personal choice, but it does affect the final result.

No. Fake tan and self-tanning products are not permitted. They are difficult to clean up in the studio, can damage our concept setup, and significantly affect retouching quality.

We recommend minimising water and sodium intake on the day. Bring snacks for energy between sets.
拍攝當日建議減少飲水及鹽分攝取。可帶備小食於換場時補充能量。
Bring your outfits, props, and accessories. We recommend sharing reference photos with us before the shoot.
請帶備服裝、道具及配件。建議提前與我們分享參考照片。

This depends on the package you select. Please refer to our packages page for full details.
相片數量視乎所選套餐而定，詳情請參閱套餐頁面。
We will share a gallery link within a maximum of 30 days after the shoot. These are colour-graded photos for you to choose from.
拍攝後最多 30 日內，我們將發送選相連結（經基本色彩調整）供您挑選。
You have up to 14 days from when the gallery is shared to submit your selections.
收到選相連結後，最多 14 日內提交選相。
Final delivery will be within a maximum of 60 days from the date of your selection.

All final photos are delivered as high-resolution JPG files. RAW files are not provided.

All retouching is done in ShutterMe's style. We do not offer compositing, heavy alterations, or facial restructuring.

Storage & Copyright · 保存及版權
Files are stored for 30 days after final delivery, then permanently deleted. Please back up your photos promptly.
檔案於最終交付後保存 30 日，之後將永久刪除。請盡快自行備份。
ShutterMe retains copyright of all images. You may use them for personal use. Commercial use requires prior written consent.

We may use images for our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer to opt out, please let us know at the time of booking.
